Hi, I’m Megan, founder of MM Strategic Solutions and the Experiential Learning Collaborative (ExLC).
I’ve spent more than 15 years leading strategy, building teams, and managing complex projects across higher education and business. Over time, I saw the same problem again and again: small businesses need real support, but traditional consulting is often out of reach.
At my core, I’m a practical problem solver. I focus on helping people turn ideas into systems they can actually use. I’ve built and scaled a university project management office, led large portfolios, and guided teams through meaningful change. I don’t just advise from the sidelines. I work alongside people to help them make progress.
I started MM Strategic Solutions to offer a different kind of consulting. Through ExLC, small businesses get affordable, scoped support while college students gain meaningful, hands-on experience. Every project is designed to produce something useful, not just a slide deck.
My goal is simple: help businesses move forward with clarity, structure, and results.
