Hi, I’m Megan — founder of MM Strategic Solutions and the Experiential Learning Collaborative (ExLC).
I’ve spent 15+ years building teams, leading strategy, and managing big change. But I started this business to do things differently — with empathy, clarity, and real results for small businesses like yours.
My background spans business strategy, project management, higher education, and instructional design — but at the core, I’m a people-first problem solver. I believe that happy, empowered people do their best work, and that the best solutions are human-centered by design.
I’ve led large portfolios, built and scaled a university project management office, and managed cross-functional teams through complex change. I’m not just a strategist — I’m a builder and a coach. I know how to translate big ideas into practical plans, and how to rally people around a shared purpose.
MM Strategic Solutions was born from my desire to do consulting differently — with empathy, clarity, and heart. I created the Experiential Learning Collaborative (ExLC) to help small businesses get real support while giving students access to meaningful, future-shaping internships. It’s strategy with soul — because people matter.
